Delete Your Errify Account

You can request deletion of your Errify account and associated personal data from inside the app. We process requests safely while preserving records we are required to retain.

How to request deletion in the app

1. Open the Errify mobile app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Review the notice and confirm the request.

If you cannot access your account

Email [email protected] from your registered email address and include the phone number linked to your account.

What happens after you submit a request

• Your account is placed in a deletion-requested state and access is disabled.
• Our team reviews and processes the request under our privacy and compliance procedures.
• Standard processing timeline is typically within 30 days.

What data will be deleted

We delete or anonymize personal profile information and non-essential account data where permitted by law and operational requirements.

Data we may retain for legal/compliance reasons

Some records may be retained temporarily when required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment and payout reconciliation, tax and accounting obligations, regulatory compliance, and platform security.
