As long as your account is active, where needed for service delivery

As required by law and financial compliance obligations

As needed for fraud prevention, audits, payment reconciliation, tax/accounting records, and dispute resolution

Payment, payout, compliance, audit, fraud, and dispute-related information may be retained longer where required

8. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion through the app's delete account flow or via our official delete-account page.

We will process deletion requests in line with applicable laws and our internal security procedures.

Deletion may not result in immediate removal of all records, and some information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of platform rules, payment reconciliation, tax/accounting records, or security purposes.

Errify is not intended for users under 18.
