ERRIFY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to Errify.

Errify is an online marketplace platform that connects clients (“Clients”) with independent service providers (“Agents”) to perform errands and task-based services.

By accessing or using the Errify website or mobile application (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Errify is a technology platform only.

Errify does not provide errand services.

Errify is not an employer of Agents.

Errify does not supervise, control, or direct Agents.

Agents are independent contractors and are solely responsible for tasks they accept.

Errify is not a party to agreements between Clients and Agents.

3. Eligibility

To use Errify, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate account information

Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Accounts & Identity Verification

Errify may require identity verification for certain users.

You agree that:

Information provided must be accurate and truthful.

Errify may use third-party identity verification providers.

Failure to verify identity may result in restricted access or account suspension.

5. Posting Tasks & Bidding

Clients may post tasks and propose service fees.

Agents may submit bids.

Clients are solely responsible for selecting an Agent.

Errify does not guarantee quality, safety, legality, or completion of tasks.

6. Payments & Service Fees

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Paystack or other processors).

Payment Flow

Clients pay through the Platform.

Funds are held pending task completion confirmation.

Upon confirmation:

70% of the service fee is released to the Agent.

30% is retained by Errify as a platform service fee.

Errify does not operate as a licensed escrow institution or financial institution.

Important:

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

Settlement timelines depend on the payment provider.

Errify is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.

In case of chargebacks or reversals, Errify reserves the right to recover funds from the responsible user.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation rules may vary depending on task status.

Before Agent acceptance: Client may cancel.

After Agent acceptance but before work begins: Partial or full refund may apply.

After work has started: Refunds may be limited.

In dispute situations, Errify may review relevant information and make a final determination.

Refunds are subject to payment processor policies.

8. Disputes Between Users

Errify may assist in resolving disputes by reviewing:

Messages

Evidence

Task details

Completion proof

However:

Errify does not guarantee outcomes.

Errify is not liable for user-to-user agreements outside the Platform.

Final decisions may be made at Errify’s discretion.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Engage in fraud

Circumvent the platform to avoid service fees

Provide false information

Use the Platform for illegal purposes

Harass or abuse other users

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.

10. Independent Contractor Relationship

Agents are independent contractors.

Nothing in these Terms creates:

Employment

Partnership

Agency

Joint venture

Agents are responsible for:

Their taxes

Compliance with local laws

Required licenses and permits

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Errify shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of profits or revenue

Personal injury

Property damage

User misconduct

Task performance issues

Payment delays caused by third parties

Errify’s total liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid to Errify for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Platform Availability

Errify does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may suspend or modify the Platform at any time for:

Maintenance

Security reasons

System upgrades

13. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and platform design belong to Errify.

Users may not reproduce or exploit Platform content without permission.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

However, users accessing the Platform from outside Nigeria are responsible for compliance with local laws.

15. Changes to Terms

Errify may update these Terms.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
